For best availability, reservations need to be made at least 24 hours in advance for individual treatments and 2 week advance notice for spa parties. Reservations can be made by calling 210-244-3818. Our Spa Specialist are highly trained professionals who reserve the right to refuse service to any client who has acted in an inappropriate manner: Misconduct, including but not limited to, sexual advances, solicitation, innuendoes and or suggestive comments. Also, those that have not been forthcoming about her/his medical condition when appointment was booked. Client will still be liable for payment in full for the scheduled appointment.
Payment must be provided with a credit card or check in order to secure your appointment date. Before securing your appointment date, we will also need to know the number of people in your party and what treatments each guest would like. There will be a 20% gratuity fee added at the time of booking.
We accept debit cards, AMEX, MC, Visa, Discover and checks. (We must receive the check prior to appointment date.). If you prefer a cash payment please discuss this option at the time of booking, our spa technicians do not accept any payments.
Your card will be charged a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking and the balance will be billed (2) days prior to your scheduled appointment. We require a minimum of 48 hour notice when canceling an individual appointment and 72 hour notice for group/corporate parties or your card will be charged the remaining balance.
*** 50% of any money forfeited due to cancellations less than the
min. 48 hr./72 hr. may be used as a (1) time credit toward a future
individual/group/event service(s). This credit will be valid for 45 days.
Once your appointment date has been reserved for your spa service/party, we will be unable to issue a refund for any individual guest cancellations or no-shows.
(NOTE: Once your deposit has been made for your spa service(s) or party we reserve your spa specialist(s) at that time for your event or individual service(s), they are not booked for any other jobs.)
